last nights numbers for chest and back ... i substituted incline db press for straight bar, the shoulder was still a problem, albeit less of one.

There isnt much to report on the CEE pro just yet. i've only been using it for 7 days now. But I do like the pills rather then the usual powder cee i use. no taste, easy to carry around ect.
