Leg days is when you DON'T need a spotter. If you have a proper squat rack/power cage set up it should have safety bars. If you set up the safety bars to the right height then ditching the weight on the safeties should be a non issue.
I would recommend switching your bench day to when the guy is around (even though the girl is probably fine if you're benching within your limits).
Get under a barbell!!!
