Definitely taking your advice to heart. I tore myself up last night in the gym, including a military press. For the sake of comparison, how much are you lifting in the military press?

I'm heading out in a bit to do legs, maybe some cardio. Definitely going to give deadlifts and squats a shot. I'll have to see with the squats because they tend to hurt my knees, but I'll see.
