Yikes, I have a ways to go lol First time I tried it, I used 60. Today I used 70. It's a rough one!
I did the squats and deadlifts on Saturday. My legs and lower back are STILL sore lol
Didn't do TOO good of a job eating yesterday, but not bad. I've been good with the protein shakes, every day, though so far.
Also my friend just gave me an ill black bean recipe, so those are probably going to be more of a staple.
