I train at home,so do not have a lot of equipment.ie, Weights about 300 pounds, a bench,pullup bar,dipping bars,
resistence bands.I can still get a good workout with limited stuff.
To stop yourself from getting bored change your routine every 2-4 weeks.
ie.straight sets for 2-4 weeks.
super sets ::::::::::::::::
Drop sets ::::::::::::::::
high reps ::::::::::::::::
Then back to straight set etc.
Then take a lay off and start a new 12 week training block with different techniques,something you have not tried.
