Workout A.
1.Squats 4x6-8
2.Bench press 4x-6-8
3.Close grip bench press 3x6-8
4.abs
Workout B.
1.Standing press 4x6-8
2.Pullups 4x6-8
3.Deadlifts 3x6-8
4.Barbell curl 3x6-8
Do this routine on a 3 day split routine,alternate routine A and B.
