Default Multivitamins

There are a lot of proven advantages to taking multivitamins for people that have high nutritional needs. Such as people working out 5+ times a week or pregnant women. A lot of the confusion comes from the fact that much of research is focused on normal needs. If you eat a lot of vegetables you also probably don't need a multivitamin, but I found most people don't.
