Oh yeah, and to add to this..
You can do 2 weeks at each rep/set range. Just continue to add weight throughout and you'll grow.

Week 1-2: 3x12
Week 3-4: 3x10
Week 5-6: 3x8
Week 7-8: 4x6
Week 9-10: 5x5
Week 11-12: 6x4

After 12 weeks switch to a very low volume like it suggests, then start over with more weight than you began your 12's with.
