I am kinda naturally skinny. Ever since i was 10 I am playing soccer, so have strong legs. But, my torso and arms are really really weak.
(it sucks to have a strong and thick thighs and a 11 inch bicep!)
2 months ago I started lifting weights, there is not much of a progress in my physique, but yea I can feel it coming!
Till now I have not taken any supplements. What can you guys suggest?
