Yeah, I've done a blast. It's very tough and can give you a ton of strength due to rest/pausing. I'll look for some sites when I have more time. There's nothing specificly devoted scientifically to stretches. They aren't dangerous because you control the stretch. It hurts like HELL, but I never got hurt. I always do these stretches each for 1 minute even if I'm not doing DC.
