Precook your chicken and portion it out in ziplock baggies & freeze. Take out of freezer & put in fridge as you need.

Want deli meat? Buy a meat slicer (about $100 at bed bath & beyond), so you can shave it paper thin and you have fresh deli slices without all the sodium and chemicals.
