chest and triceps:
chest press
chest flies
tricep push down
tricep extensions
back and shoulders:
lat pull down
straight arm pull down
seated cable row
dumbbell shoulder press
front dumbbell raises
dumbbell side lateral raises
biceps and legs:
Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl
hammer curls
leg extensions
standing leg curls
dumbbell calf raises
