Alright into 2-3 week... This Sucks Tonight I think I could of torn my rotitury cup(I know thats not how you spell)...
I really dont think I did cause after 1/2 hr pain ended.I did it during flat dumbbell bench press.I was doing 55 each hand and it was my third rep,It felt like my blade just poped out and slide another way. But The Cee-Pro has been doing great though. Energy level has been good+Lift are feeling good.
Im thinking about throwing some L-Glutamine in the mix though!!!
