The
ECA Stack is an effective fat loss supplement, but it works through different mechanisms than Yohimbine.
My main advice is to AVOID stacking them together (I've explained that over on my blog). Yohimbine has a pretty short half-life, so you could take ECA a few hours after a Yohimbine dose. But NEVER take them at the same time.
Remember you have to have your diet in order, too.
