Hi all, thanks for the positive comments for my first pic post. Here is an update a year later. A little a bit more on my work - It involves quite a bit of moderate to heavy lifting - lots of repetitive movements - - but it all keeps my physique fairly decent. Comments please thanks. Cheers William
