what u fellas, i hope everybody is well getting strong and meeting their goals. just thought i would check in and say whats up and show one of the new little exercises ive became fond of. i seen it on the world strongest man and i just wanted to try it for myself. did it a little last week and then i decided to tape it.
i did a jump rope work out first so i was kind of winded so my form isnt great per say on the first rep...but oh well.
