That should be used in combination with heavy weightlifting. I recommend explosive lifts such as push presses, cleans , deadlifts, and olympic squats. A few of these exercises most "bodybuilders" avoid because they take an aweful lot out of you. At my gym, I'm the only one I see (2 years running) that 1.squats ass to grass, 2.deadlifts :eek: (no shit), 3.push presses (most sit with the smith machine). That's what you should be doing.
