You don't need to obsess over what you are taking 30 min before or after you work out. As long as your calories and macronutrients (protein, carbs, etc) are in order and you are training properly you'll be just fine.

If you want to supplement, use creatine mono, fish oil, maybe a protein supplement, and a decent multivitamin. That's all you need.
