The 5x5 routine has always worked for me. Once I get my body fat back in check (I'm a little high, not out of control though) I'm going to train that way for a bit. My personal favorite excercise is the dead lift, as I have always been strong at it.

Sounds good. I've heard A LOT of people that get great results on the many 5x5 variations.
