There is still a phone message saying they're offline due to technical issues and will be back in 72 hours. How many weeks has it said 72 hours?
They're not answering e-mails.
The website is still up but everything shows up as out of stock.
At least they're still not taking everyone's money.
I placed an order which was accidentally shipped to Gloucester, MA. I'm in NY. I guess I have to contact my credit card company and persue a refund that way.
