Exclamation Injuries, any help is appreciated

Hey everyone. I've been lifting for years now, but recently I've come into several injuries, which are really creating problems for me. I wanted to know if anybody here has any advice or help, or if they've been in a similar situation. As background information I'm an 18-year-old male.

I'm dealing with tricep, hamstring, and lat injuries.

Last year I accidentally tore my right tricep by stupidly pulling up on the weight with my arm on a calf machine after I had finished my set. Saw many doctors but nothing really helped. I'm still having pain a year later.

A few weeks ago I pulled my right hamstring while performing a scissor kick (I do martial arts). I took care of it best I could (RICE) but it's been a month since I've worked legs and I'm really itching to start back up again. I still have intermittent pain when I use my hamstring.

Finally, one week ago I did something to my right lat (I presume it's a pull). I was at the very end of a back/bicep work out and was doing standard curls (lightweight, only about 30 lbs. at this point). While curling my last rep with my left arm I felt a sudden sharp pain in my right lat (my right arm was at my side when this happened). The pain was felt throughout my right lat, but especially at the mid point of my back. Ever since then, my lat has been alternating between feeling fine and spasming. I can usually make the spasming die down with a heat pack or some ice, but it's temporary relief.

For more background information I focus a lot on form, I warm up before exercising, and I stretch for about 5-10 minutes before and after working out.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated, as these issues are really bringing me down.
