Well I can't tell you what will heal them and it may take a while until you are fully recovered. Stretch a lot, even if you stretch a lot already, stretch more. Take it easy in the gym with your tris, hams, and lats. Low weight, not to failure. It will keep them in shape as much as possible without hindering recovery. Good luck.
