:eek: Get bigger and bench ( 250) alot more. At 44, I don,t seem to be slowing down. The drive is just increasing. 17 bicepts, wt 220 ht 6. Working the abs more. Pleased with the progress. Goal 18 bicepts, then 19, then... Need to get the bench up. Do all work in home gym, free weight. Have to be cautious, no spotter. semper fi to 0311.
