Fructose the sugar found in fruit is not a good thing to consume when looking to loose weight

And all wheat and grains are also a bad choice for fat loss

don’t be afraid of saturated fat, butter and meat from grass fed cows, and egg yokes and are great for fat loss

Keep your carbohydrates to less than 100 grams a day from steamed sweet potatoes or similar

Stay away from processed / dead food like protein bars and shakes

Supplement with fermented cod liver oil and high vitamin butter oil
