ME Bench Day
Had a strange sort of day today, I am running on LOW sleep so that aint helping! But I found it tough to get into the groove of things today, I still managed to hit nearly all my reps but it was very tough, forarms were sore (I have been slack with the icing) I am gonna buy the sleeves Kutt has been telling me to get soon! Anyways I hit 4x2 with 115kg, I missed the 2nd rep on set 3 cos I was not set up correctly and my ass came up. I finished with chain bench and a few rows, kids were not wanting to be in the gym any longer so I didn’t do anything else.
