ME Bench Day
Great day today, I benched my old 2rm of 116.5kg for 5 sets across! Very happy with that, I then did a single with 120kg. I moved to chain bench after for sets of 4 I just couldn’t get the 5th rep! and finished with some chins and delt work. Real Good day but my freakin forarms are giving me hell, its really affecting my confidence benching cos it hurts most when I lower the bar the most. I cheated and used 2 thin bandages around each elbow on the last 2 sets, that seemed to help a bit.
