ME Bench Day
I benched an new 2RM today but did it for 3 sets so I guess it aint my 2RM!!, I missed the last rep on the last 2 sets as my ass came up, I reckon I can still get more leg drive I gotta work it out so that my ass stays down. After I hit chain bench and some rows and light delts/upperback. Pretty good day.
