i have to say last nights workout was interesting. I am seeing increased pumps, and a definate increase in strength. I have been able to beat the book in either wieght or reps everytime i hit the gym. Although last night I cramped up pretty hard. I will need to up my water intake from here on in.
As far as the Cee Pro is concerned It apears to be working well so far. I wont say its any better then the bulk powder i usually use. But its definately easier then powder, and I'm feeling more of a pump then usual, however slight it may be.
