Let's see if this works. Here is a before and after shot of me. The before was when staring out this August and the after is a month old which is the 3 month mark, but still an idea of the progression up to that point. I'll try an updated picture when I finish the 4th month. As mentioned, this is coming from someone with major back injuries and has done no physical activities in about 10 years.
