ok everything went great and is still going good after the end of the cycle.
I started out at 208 lbs and about 13% bf on a 7 point bf test. I wanted to loose about 6 lbs of fat in 30 days.
At the end of the cycle I've ended up being 201 lbs with about 9% bf that means I gained about 2 lbs of muscle and dropped about 8 lbs with the cycle.

overall my strength did decrease in some areas but made big improvements in others, (mostly because of my wrist injury).
So would I do this again
.... only if I have enough money. this stack was a little on the expensive side. But I think I would like to try this stack again with an increase in 7-cort and DIM to see if there is any benefits in more muscle gains and fat burning. I would also love to try this on a CKD diet... so maybe some time in the late spring. hope this was informative.
as for my cut cycle now I'm still taking everything except 7-cort, 6oxo and DIM. and I'm down to 197 with no increase in muscle weight.
