Well that's part of me trying to experiment with different workouts. Before I did a mix of compound/isolation exercises with 4 sets of 10.

I wanted to try the 3 sets 5 reps, or something of that sort for mass and strength and since the SL5x5 had such good reviews I thought I would give it a try. But I really don't feel that great after the fact.
