What are your fitness goals? Bulking?

If so, there's a few other supplements you may want to add to your plan. separate creatine, bcaa's, glutamine, etc.

Also, don't always believe what people say in stores. Do some research for yourself and buy products that seem to fit your fitness goals. There's thousands of supplements out there, just make sure you're not wasting your money!
