I have had to up my water intake considerably in order to counter the cramping I've been having. I think its a combo of how god dam hot it is in the south, and the cee pro. I've had some Doms the past week, especially from the chest/back workout on tuesday, and i'm sore as shit from last night leg/shldr workout. This could be from the slight dehydration.
