It's not bad, but you shouldn't finish with you knees locked, it's bad.

Just let your knees a bit bent when you finish going up.

Put your feet at same width as your shoulders and point them forward, if you wan't to work the outside of your leg and top.

If you wan't to work inside your leg open them a bit widther than the shoulders
