Default No Cardio vs. Diet

Hey everyone,

Just wondering everyone's thoughts on cardio and if you do it weekly to burn fat, or just stick with a well-maintained diet in order to burn!
Everyone has their own opinions, just wondering what's yours!

Personally I don't do any ;)
