I agree with pushing yourself past the limit. I took the article saying to push as hard as you can...Not have your spotter do 4 or 5 reps for you past failure. Hopefully everyone realized that like I did. The problem is that most natural trainees could never do what Arnold does: 20 sets for biceps, ect. He was quoted saying, "D-Bol, breakfast of champions". Intensity is the most under-rated mass builder plain and simple. At least HIT'ites got that right!
