Well... Ive been feeling a little burnt out this week. My headaches have returned and last night My body hurt so bad. I even had one of my terrible chest pain's.

My workouts this past week havent been good at all. Im not blaming this on the CEE because I know its because of me. My head hasnt at all been in the right place for the gym this week. But my ending weight for the week is 139ish. And I believe I did F*** my arm up. I cant do that much without feeling a little bit of pain there. Even right now typing it has this strecht feeling to it... Need opinion on this. Take a week off and just do cardio??? Or hit it light for the next week and see what happens.

Thinking about just doing good cardio everyday and after 1-2 weeks of football back in throw the gym back into the mix...
