cardio every workout?
i am trying to limit my weightlifting to one hour per day with about four on one off: chest/triceps, back, legs, shoulders/biceps; however, i do 15-20 mins after lifting on the treadmill at 7.0mph; i like to do the cardio every day to relax, relieve stress, help w/ sleep, etc. but i'm worried it may be detrimental to the lifting; also, i have been skipping legs because its tough to do cardio after legs; thoughts
