2. Barbell Close Grip Bench Press (shoulder width) 3x8
3. Dumbbell Bent-over Row 3x8
4. Barbell Behind Neck Press 3x8
5. Barbell curl 3x8
6. Barbell Standing Leg Calf Raise 4x20
Friday
1. Barbell Front Squat 5x5
2. Barbell Bent Knee Good-morning 3x8
3. Dumbell Bench Press 3x8
4. Barbell Bent-over Row 3x8
5. Side lateral raise 3x8
6. Leg raises 4x20
