^^couldn't agree more though on this one. Start by doing the basic fundamental exercises that will help you build a strong, well balanced physique. So many ppl jump right into lifting and forget the simple basics. Also, don't neglect your lower legs. Don't be another guy who is all chest and biceps and have twigs for legs. A lot of your power moves up through your lower half!
