Read the article I posted entitled: "Squatting for big arms" That should at least point you in the direction that your body responds to heavy poundages from deadlifts, squatting, ect. Your body WILL grow like a weed if you include legs. It's waay more important than cardio. Shit, I squat three times a week and my size reflects that.
