Ya, I can always predict that I'll be rockin' my heat back wrap after a workout of deadlifts. Most cases the day after as well. There's just needs to be a point that personally you know that you are in a range of safety. No point in being out of the gym for a long period of time and losing that muscle gains, just for some big ego lift. Not worth it in my opinion. Deadlifts are a staple exercise, but sometimes I cringe in the gym when I see some people doing them. Yikes!
