Ya man, there's so many options for beginners - dealing with workout plans and diets. Look on different forums. BB.com, SS.com, etc. There's plenty of excellent programs for you. Put the time in yourself, research your ass off! Your best weapon will be knowledge man! Use it.
No one (besides a trainer) will do it for you! That's part of the hard work that goes into your physique.
