OK, for anyone that wants to find out more about organic/omega/free-range, check out organicvalley.com. Most likely they are the ones you buy.
http://www.philsfresheggs.com/ under construction for now. oand
http://www.nestfresh.com/eggs.html Fresh eggs are available all over the US.

Omega-3 are overhyped, IMO, not a significant source of Omega 3, not enought to justify the double, maybe triple price. I personally do not like the taste.
Omega-3 Eggs
Our family farmers treat their hens to an all-vegetarian organic diet rich in flax seed. Each of our "Heart Healthy" Omega-3 Organic Eggs contains an impressive 225mg of Omega-3, and is a good source of Vitamin E.

brown vs white... just different breed of chicken.
Cage-free, not in cages,
Free-range, able to run around the farm/compound.
Organic, Only fed an organic diet.
fertile, in compound, free to socialize ;),

There are differences in tastes, and shells. Subtle tho. If you have an organic egg. Usually the shell is thicker, and yolk a little more dense and yellow/orange.

If I had the money, I would support free range. I have been to Organic Valley - Awesome place, and to Phil's, another great place. The operations are unique, The chic operation was fascianating. little peeping chics all over the barn.

I buy cases of eggs, like 0311, I eat them a lot. I a large plate of scrambled eggs for breakfast, with some mexican hot sauce on top.. hmmm peppery goodness.
