BCAA's are very important. It's hard to explain the difference they will make without showing semi long term gains. You won't notice a huige healing difference unless really pushing yourself. However studys have shown significant gains from taking excess BCAA's during and post work out. Also when your body needs BCAA's, your muscles are the fist place to steal it from generally.
