Hi everyone! I'm 22 years old, I train for 2 years..my ceilings: bench press 110, squat 140, deadlift 160...how do you think this tab?

1)MONDAY-2)WEDNESDAY-3)FRIDAY-4)MONDAY
-BENCH PRESS BARBELL 4x6
-CHIN UPS 4x6
-SQUAT BARBELL 4x6
-DUMBBELL ROW 3x10
-INCLINE BENCH PRESS (BARBELL) 3x10
-LEG CURL 3x10


1)FRIDAY-2)MONDAY-3)WEDNESDAY-4)FRIDAY
-ROW YATES SUPINE BARBELL 4x6
-DIPS 4x6
-ROMANIAN DEADLIFT BARBELL 4x6
-MILITARY PRESS DUMBBELL 3x10
-LAT MACHINE PULL UPS 3x10
-LEG EXTENSION 3x10


the first week i do 1)MONDAY-1)FRIDAY...then 2nd week i do the tab 2)WEDNESDAY-2)MONDAY...AND BY SAYING
