Well i enjoy going to buffets but don't do, it on a daily basis. When i do go i try to eat, more fresh salad and fresh fruit than anything. If there's meat and vegetables on the bar then i will sample, just a bite or one of my favourite. I usually eat fried chicken and some rice.
