Top o my list.... ground oats, put in a shake for quick meal, Cereal. sweet pots and yams can be canned. I make all my stuff in large batches, I will cook around 10 pots at a time so I can eat on M, W, and F. Or make a large thing of Rice. Canned soups are good, I ate a black bean, and will have tomato soup in a few minutes. Baked beans are quick.... add BBQ sauce, tasty.
