Machine Bench Press: 70x8, 130x8, 130x8
Incline DB Twist Fly: 30x10, 30x10, 30x8

Single DB Extension: 30x8, 40x8, 30x8
Rope Pushdown: 40x8, 40x8, 40x8

-Notes
-There was a lot of people in the gym.
-Went to the gym without a pre workout meal.
