Also, If you are bulking, have fun. Grab a blender and try anything.

recees bp cups, ice, water or milk, and chocolate pro powder.

pro powder, milk or water depending on fruit, fruit, ice.

pro powder, milk, and a pop tart of your choice.



Baked potato chips, Sandwich with no mayo, make it a triple stacker.

Tomorro I am going to make a pot of noodles, then split it up into a few containers, add some meat on the side.... Goes in the freezer for microwave meals at work.
Planning in the kitchen will help tremendously.
